Name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, health declaration
Your usage of the gym and exercises carried out

We rely on the following lawful bases for processing, storing and retaining your personal data:
Consent: your explicit and freely given consent for the purpose of receiving personal training or participation in group classes
Legal: where we are required to store or process data by way of legal obligation
Legitimate interests: for the legitimate business interests of Next Chapter Training Ltd to make sure our services are working well
Vital interests: to ensure processing is necessary to protect your life or prevent serious physical harm
Retention
We will store your personal data for as long as it is necesary for the purpose of processing.
CCTV
Both Six Hills and Woodborough have CCTV cameras in place. You consent to your image being recorded and reviewed and waive any all claims in relation to the same.
The purpose of the CCTV is to ensure safety, and to prvent or detect crime or disorder, protection of property and assets.
Sharing
We do not share data with third parties unless required to do so by legislation or to protect the rights of our clients. We may receive your data by way of a thrid party (referral) and you have impliedly consented to us confirming receipt of the same.
Access
You can request confimation of the information that we hold on you
You may request we correct any incorrect information that we hold
You may ask for your data to be erased

Safety
Your safety is our concern.
Our staff are qualified, insured, DBS checked and first aid trained.
We ensure we work from premises where equipment is maintained
We ensure we work from premises where they have a safe equipment layout ensuring access and mobility around the gym
We ensure we work from premises where General and fire risk assessments are in place to ensure safety
Modern Slavery
As well as looking after our clients we recegnise that we have a responsibility to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain. We have a zero tolerance stance on modern slavery and human trafficking.
We believe that we as a company operate at a low risk in this regard.
